Accenture Management Consulting

We are based out of the Purva Pano Rama complex on Bannerghatta Road in Bangalore. It is a busy area, as anyone who drives through Kalena Agrahara knows. Our space is in Pa 405, which isn't the biggest office, but it works for what we do here at Accenture Management Consulting. Mostly, we spend our days looking at spreadsheets and talking through client problems. The commute can be a bit of a nightmare during peak hours, so a few of us try to get in early just to beat the traffic. It’s a pretty standard office setup with desks, a small pantry, and too many cables under the tables. We don’t have fancy paintings on the walls or a lounge area. It is just a place where we come to get the work done. The water cooler is usually the spot where we catch up on how the weekend went. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, and we have to take the stairs, which isn't great if you're carrying a heavy laptop bag. The local shops nearby are good for a quick lunch or a tea break when we need to step away from the screens for a bit. It’s quiet enough inside for focusing, even with the noise of the road outside. We have been here for a while now and the building security knows us all by name. It is just a regular workplace where people are trying to do their best every day without much fuss.
