This office is tucked away in Kumarswamy Layout, Bangalore. Specifically, it’s Amit Sinha House, No 952, on the 31st Cross of 16th Main. It doesn’t feel like a typical corporate building because it’s a house, which actually makes it a bit more comfortable for the team. We are doing the Accenture Management Consulting work from here. Finding the right cross can be a little tricky if you aren't familiar with the layout of this neighborhood, but once you arrive, it's pretty quiet compared to the main roads. There are trees lining the streets and a lot of houses nearby. We’ve set up our workspace inside to be as functional as possible. It’s not about having a grand lobby or anything like that; it’s just about having a place where we can sit down and think. The 16th Main area has its own charm, and most of us like the walk from where we park. It’s a residential vibe, so we try to be mindful of the neighbors while we go about our business. The desks are spread out through the rooms, and there's always someone making tea in the small kitchen area. It’s a simple setup for a consulting group, but it serves us well. We deal with all our projects from this house, and honestly, it’s nice to be away from the high-rise noise for a change. It feels more personal this way and keeps us grounded while we work.
