Our situation is a little unique because while the name says Germany and we have an address at Guenthersburgallee 42, 60316 Frankfurt, we are actually currently operating in Bangalore. You can reach us at 98451 81538 if you need to find where we are physically sitting right now. It’s a bit of a transition, moving from the way things are done in Frankfurt to the busy streets of India. We handle things for the German side of the business but from our desks here in Bangalore. It means we sometimes work odd hours to keep up with the time difference. The office we have here is simple, not really trying to look like a high-tech hub or anything. We just have our laptops and our phones and we get on with the daily tasks. It’s interesting to have that connection to Frankfurt while being surrounded by the local Bangalore culture. Sometimes it’s a bit confusing for people who see the German address first, but we’ve made it work. We aren't big on corporate polish; we’re more about just getting the job done regardless of which country we are technically based in. The phone is usually the best way to get a hold of us since we move around a bit. It’s just a practical, everyday way of doing business across borders without making it sound more complicated than it really is. We just focus on the tasks at hand and keep things running smoothly between both locations.
