The weather is usually the best part about working in this city, even when the rain makes the roads a bit of a mess. We don’t have a specific street address listed here because we operate across different spots, but the vibe is the same everywhere. It’s mostly about getting the work done and navigating the daily commute which everyone knows is quite a task here. There’s a lot of talent in this city, so the people we work with are usually pretty sharp and know their stuff. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not; we’re just a bunch of people working in the tech hub. Lunch breaks usually mean finding a local mess or a small eatery that serves good sambar and rice. The office environment is pretty relaxed, not too many suits or formal talk unless it's necessary for a meeting. We just show up, do what needs to be doing, and try to beat the traffic on the way back. It’s a very typical Bangalore experience for anyone who’s ever worked in the services sector here. You get used to the fast pace and the way things are always changing around you every single day. It keeps us on our toes.
