We don't have a big glass lobby or a bunch of people in suits. Most of us just wear what's comfortable and get on with the tasks. The traffic on Old Madras Road can be a nightmare, so we usually get in early to beat the rush. Our office is filled with the usual stuff like computers, printers, and a lot of notebooks. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do because it's pretty simple. We handle the local operations and make sure everything is where it should be. People sometimes drop by because they're in the neighborhood or they saw our sign. We treat them like anyone else, with a bit of conversation and maybe a glass of water. It’s a very practical environment. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a calendar and a to-do list. It’s a bit noisy with the city sounds outside, but we like the energy and the way the day flows for us at Sai Sadan.
