We've been here at Casa Faria on Lavelle Road for a while now. It's a busy spot right across from the old Asian Age office. This place is about helping people get a bit better at how they handle things in life. Sometimes you just need a nudge or some new tools to feel more in control. We aren't a big fancy school with marble floors. It's just a space where we talk about personal growth and how to find that extra bit of power inside you. People come here from all over the city. Getting to 3rd Cross isn't too hard if you know the area. We spend our days working with folks who want to change their habits or maybe just speak up more. It’s practical stuff. We don't use big words or try to act like we know everything. We just share what works. The building is easy to find once you're on Lavelle Road. We keep the doors open and the chairs ready. It’s quiet enough to think but close enough to the city noise. Some people stay for an hour, others longer. It’s just us doing what we can to help people feel a bit more excellent in their own lives. No magic, just work. If you're walking past Asian Age, you’re basically there. We’ve seen a lot of faces come through that door. Each one is different. That’s what makes it interesting for us. You might see us having a tea break outside sometimes. It’s a very normal place with very normal people.
