Academic Co Ordinator

I’m working out of the Trinity Homes Apartment in Somavar Peth. It’s a residential building, so it stays fairly quiet during the day. Tilakwadi is a nice part of Belgaum, and being here in Karnataka means we deal with a lot of different schools and syllabus types. The office is really just one of the rooms in the apartment that I’ve converted for my work as an Academic Co Ordinator. I have a lot of files stacked up on the table, mostly related to coordination work and academic schedules. There’s a window that looks out onto the street, so I can see when the mail arrives. It’s not like a big corporate office; it feels more like a home study. I spend a lot of time on the phone or writing emails to various departments. Sometimes parents come by to drop off documents, and we sit in the small lounge area. The Somavar Peth area has good trees, so it stays a bit cooler even when it’s sunny. I keep a calendar on the wall that is covered in scribbles and highlights. It’s a lot of organizing and making sure things happen on time. Being in Tilakwadi makes it easy for people to reach me, though parking near Trinity Homes can be a bit of a puzzle if you have a big car. I’ve lived and worked around Belgaum for a long time, so this setup just makes sense for what I do. I keep a pot of coffee going most mornings and the neighbors are all good.
