Academic Co Ordinator

Setting up as an Academic Co Ordinator here in Bangalore has been an interesting journey. We are located at 79, 1St Main, in Vinaya Layout over in Hebbal Kempapura. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s usually quiet enough to get some real thinking done. Most of the work involves sorting out schedules, talking to teachers, and making sure that the curriculum actually makes sense for the students using it. It’s not a flashy office with a receptionist and a coffee machine. It’s more like a room filled with folders, stacks of papers, and a few computers that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time on the phone or answering emails because things are always changing in the education world. People in Hebbal Kempapura know the address, and sometimes parents drop by to ask questions about how things are being run. We don't have a big staff. It's just a couple of us trying to keep things organized so the schools can actually function. Sometimes the internet goes out or we run out of printer ink at the worst time, but we manage. Coordination sounds like a big word, but it’s really just about making sure everyone is on the same page and that nobody is getting left behind. We like being in Vinaya Layout because it feels like a real community. We’re just here doing the behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything moving forward day by day.
