You can find us on Sampige Road, right between the 8th and 9th Cross in Malleswaram. It’s a very traditional part of Bangalore, and we like being here. The street is always busy with shoppers and people going about their business. Our building at 145 is easy to spot if you’re looking for it. Inside, it’s just a standard bank office. We have our counters and our desks where we deal with all the daily transactions. Malleswaram has a lot of history, and some of our customers have lived here their whole lives. We hear plenty of stories while we’re processing their paperwork. It isn't a high-pressure environment; we take our time to make sure the numbers are right. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when there’s a festival or a market day outside, but we’re used to it. We don't have a big corporate speech to give. We just provide a place for people to keep their money and handle their financial bits and pieces. The tea here isn't bad, and we usually have a newspaper lying around. We’ve been at this spot for quite a while now, and we’ve become a small part of the Sampige Road routine. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place.
