You’ll find us on ESI Hospital Road at the 2nd Cross, specifically at number 276. We are part of the Ismart Global Service setup here in Bangalore. This area is always busy with people coming and going from the hospital and the surrounding shops. Our office is a bit of a mix of banking and service work. We don't have a giant lobby with marble floors; it’s more of a functional space where everyone has a desk and a computer. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff that keeps things running, but we also see people who need direct help. It’s a hardworking environment. We aren't into big speeches or fancy titles. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we know how to get things done without making a fuss. The traffic on ESI Hospital Road can be quite loud, but we’ve gotten used to the sirens and the honking. We just focus on the spreadsheets and the customer files. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t use much marketing talk because we don’t really need to. People know where we are and what we do. We show up, do the work, and make sure everything is in order before we head home. It’s just a regular office full of regular people trying to do a good job. We keep things moving and don't complicate the process.
