A1 Bricks Factory

A1 Bricks Factory is located out at 45-23 in Valagere Kallahalli Village. It is part of the Sarjapura Hobli area, so it is a bit away from the main city rush. Being in the village means we have a lot of space, which is good because making bricks takes up a lot of room. We have the kilns set up and the raw earth piled up in different sections. The work here is very much tied to the seasons. When it is dry, we are busy making as many bricks as we can. When the monsoon hits, everything gets muddy and we have to change how we work. It is a lot of manual labor, with people shaping the clay and moving the finished bricks to dry. It is a dusty job, and your hands are always dirty by the end of the shift. We don't have a corporate office or anything like that. Our office is mostly just a small room where we keep the books and take a break from the heat. The village life is quiet, but the factory is always humming with some kind of activity. You can hear the tractors moving in and out with loads. We have been here for a while and most of the people who work here are from around the village. It is just a regular brick factory doing things the way they have been done for years in this part of Sarjapura.
