We’ve been here in Nagpada on Tank Street for quite a while now. It's a pretty busy spot in Kaggadasapura, and most of the people who work here actually live nearby. We handle customer service stuff all through the day and night, which is why the name says 24/7. It gets pretty loud outside with the traffic and the street noise, but we’ve gotten used to it. People generally know where our building is because of the landmarks around here. We aren't doing anything super fancy or corporate, just keeping the business running. Sometimes the old coffee machine breaks down, but that's just part of life in an office. We started out small and we’ve stayed in this same location. The office is full of desks and computers, nothing really special to look at. We try to keep things moving as best as we can. Most days are pretty similar, just answering calls and dealing with whatever comes up in the queue. It’s not a glamorous job, but it is what we do. The neighborhood has really changed since we first moved in. It used to be much quieter, but now there are shops everywhere you look. We keep our doors open and just get to work every day. No big mission statements or anything like that. If you're walking down Tank Street, you'll see our sign. It’s a plain building, just a place where real people work.
