You can find us over at 2/25 Gokhale Street in the Narayanapuram area of Madurai. It’s a typical street here, often quite warm and busy with people going about their daily business. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a standard setup where we manage our service operations. Inside, there is usually a lot of talk about schedules and which technician is working where on any given day. We do a lot of work in the local area, so the office serves as a hub for everyone to check in and grab what they need. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets that have seen better days, and a corner where we keep the spare equipment and tools. Madurai has a very specific pace, and we try to stick to it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world; we just want to do right by the jobs we take on. Sometimes the phones ring non-stop with people needing things fixed, and other times it’s a bit quieter and we can actually catch up on our logs. We don't use a lot of fancy tech to run the place, just the basic stuff that gets the job done. The staff is mostly local people who know the streets of Narayanapuram like the back of their hand. We focus on getting the services completed without making things more complicated. It’s just regular work.
