We are based out of Laxmi B Islampure’s place, which is connected to B V Islampure in Bellad Bagewadi. This is over in the Hukkeri Taluk, part of the Belgaum district. Even though the name mentions Pune, this is where the actual work happens on the ground here in the village area. It is a very different environment compared to the big city centers. We have a small setup here where we handle our daily tasks and manage the local operations. It’s a family-oriented atmosphere because we are literally working out of a residential area. You won't find any shiny elevators or receptionists in suits here. Instead, it’s just us at our desks, getting through the pile of work we have for the day. Bellad Bagewadi is a place where everyone knows everyone, so we don’t really need to stand out. We just do our bit and keep things quiet. The internet can be a bit slow sometimes being out here in Hukkeri, but we’ve learned to work around that. Most of our time is spent on the computer or talking to people over the phone. It’s a humble setup, but it serves the purpose. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations or anything that isn't necessary. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to be useful to those who need our help. It's a straightforward way to run a business without any unnecessary complications or corporate fluff.
