Rachana Computers

Started the shop at Star Tower on Khanapur Road back when things were a lot quieter in Tilakwadi. Mostly, people just come in when their laptops stop working or if they need a new cable. It gets dusty inside the machines, especially with the road right there outside G-22. We spend most of the morning just blowing out fans and trying to figure out why some screen won't turn on. The building has its own rhythm, you know? There are other shops around and we all sort of know each other. Sometimes it’s busy, sometimes we just sit and wait for the courier to bring parts we ordered. We don’t have a fancy showroom or anything like that. Just some desks, a few chairs for people to wait, and lots of spare parts lying around in boxes. It’s a bit cramped but it works for what we do. Tilakwadi has changed a lot, more traffic now, more people coming by with phones and tablets instead of just big desktop towers like before. We try to keep up with it. If a part isn't in stock, we just tell the customer it'll take a few days. No point in making stuff up. We’re just here doing our thing day after day. It’s not a big corporate office, just a local spot where you can get your computer looked at without too much fuss. Khanapur Road is always noisy, but once you’re inside the shop, it’s mostly just the sound of fans humming.
