Mahalaxmi Granite

If you head down Khanapur Road in Udyambag, you’ll find us. Mahalaxmi Granite has been sitting on this stretch for quite a while now. Udyambag is an industrial kind of area, so we fit right in with all the other workshops and warehouses around here. We deal with granite slabs of all sizes. It’s a lot of manual labor, moving these heavy pieces of rock around with the crane or just by hand when we have to. Our yard is usually full of different colors of stone brought in from different quarries. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing department. If people want to see what we have, they just show up and walk through the rows of granite. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it works for us and our customers. The road outside can get pretty busy with trucks and traffic, especially during the day. We just focus on getting the slabs cut and ready for whoever bought them. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the area over the years, but we just keep doing what we know. We don’t make big promises, we just show you the stone and tell you the price. If you like it, we load it up for you. That’s how we’ve always done it here in Udyambag and we don’t see a reason to change anything. It is a solid way to run things for everyone.
