Our base is at 199, Bhima Shankar, in the Shivbasav Nagar area of Belgaum. It’s part of the M M Extension. Avadhut Software Private Limited isn't located in some big industrial zone; we are right here in the neighborhood. The 590010 zip code is home to us. The building, Bhima Shankar, is a sturdy place that serves us well. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles in the office. It’s just a collection of desks, some decent lighting, and our team. We like the pace of things here in Belgaum. It’s not as frantic as the bigger metros, which lets us actually focus on our work. We usually start the day with a bit of a chat before getting into the thick of things. There’s no corporate dress code or anything like that. We just wear what’s comfortable and get to it. Sometimes we walk around the extension during lunch just to get some air. The office has a bit of a homey feel, probably because of where it’s situated. We haven't spent much time on interior design or branding the walls. We’d rather just spend our time doing the work we are here to do. It’s a simple, honest setup. We’ve been here for a while and we don't see any reason to change how we do things. It is just us, in our corner of the city, keeping things moving.
