Uni Tech Infra Venture is over at Shree Datta Arcade on Khanapur Road. We are in unit No. 1049/A-1. Belgaum 590001 is where we call home. Our office is right next to Gogte Petroleum, which is a big help when people are trying to find us for the first time. Khanapur Road is always full of traffic and activity. We’ve been in this building for several years. It is a practical place for an infrastructure business. We don't have any flashy decor or corporate art on the walls. It’s just desks, computers, and a lot of maps. Uni Tech Infra Venture is a straightforward operation. We don't spend time on fancy speeches. Mostly, we are just out on sites or here doing the math. Being in Shree Datta Arcade means we have a lot of other local businesses around us. It’s a good community to be part of. Belgaum has its own way of doing things and we fit right in. We aren't trying to be some giant company. We are just a local team working on local projects. Sometimes the office is a bit of a mess with all the paperwork, but that is just part of the job. We keep things honest and simple. If you need us, we are usually here near the petrol pump. It's a busy corner but we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs finishing.
