L&T here in Belgaum is situated over at Plot 55 in the Buda Sch. 40 area. It’s a pretty quiet spot in Hanuman Nagar 5th Stage. Most days, we are just busy handling things from this office. It’s part of a residential layout, so it doesn't feel like those big glass buildings you see in the city. The space belongs to the Kulkarni family, and we’ve been operating from here for a while now. Getting here is easy enough once you know the turns. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a simple desk setup and some files. Sometimes the neighbors walk by and we just nod. It's a very local way of doing things. We handle our paperwork and meetings right here. The weather in Belgaum usually keeps things comfortable, though the rains can be a bit much for the roads sometimes. We just focus on getting the day's tasks done. It's not a complicated setup. We try to keep things organized but it’s a working office, so there’s always something lying around. We don't put on any airs about what we do. If someone comes by, we just talk normally. It’s been our base for a good stretch of time. We like being in this part of town because it’s not as noisy as the main market areas. Just a regular workplace where people show up and get to it.
