Shri Swami Samarth Metals

Shri Swami Samarth Metals sits right in Udyambag, right across the road from the big Tata Motors plant. It’s a busy spot with trucks constantly rumbling past our front gate. You can usually hear the sound of metal being moved around or the machines running inside our shop. We deal with all sorts of metal parts and scraps every day. It’s heavy work and your hands usually end up pretty dirty by lunchtime. We don’t mind it, though. It’s just how the job is. The area here in Udyambag is full of small businesses like ours, so there’s always someone to talk to or share a quick snack with during the break. We keep the place organized as best we can, but when a big shipment comes in, things get a bit crowded for a while. Being across from Tata Motors makes it easy for people to find us. We just tell them to look for the big signs over there and then look across the street. Shri Swami Samarth Metals isn’t a fancy corporation. It’s just a bunch of us working with raw materials and making sure the orders are ready on time. We take pride in just getting the work done without making a big deal out of it. Some days are hotter than others, especially in the summer, but we just keep the fans going and get through the pile of work on the floor. It's just simple metal work.
