Shivmurti Children'S Academy

You can find Shivmurti Children’s Academy in the Purana Bazar area of Maheshkhunt. Being in the market area means there is always something going on outside our doors. Khagaria is a quiet place overall, but the bazaar is the heart of it. Our building is a simple one, right there among the shops. We have been teaching kids from the local area and the nearby villages for quite some time. The school isn't fancy at all. We have basic classrooms with wooden benches and blackboards that we use every day. Most of our students come from families that have lived in Maheshkhunt for generations. The teachers are local people too, so everyone knows everyone else. We don't have air conditioning or any expensive gadgets. We just use the books and our voices. During the break, the kids run around in a small yard we have. It gets a bit dusty when they play tag or football, but they have fun. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most people just know us because we are part of the town. We focus on the basics and try to help the kids get a good start. It’s a lot of hard work, especially when it’s hot or when the power goes out, but we just keep going. It’s a humble place, and we are proud to be here for the families in our community.
