We are located at Plot No-355 in Sector-3, Phase-2 of the IMT area in Bawal. This is Minda Autoelektrik Ltd. Being in the industrial town of Bawal means we are surrounded by a lot of other factories and warehouses. It’s a very practical, hardworking environment. We focus on electrical components for vehicles. It’s a lot of assembly lines and testing stations. We don’t have a fancy showroom here because this is where the actual work happens. The floors are concrete, and there’s always the sound of air tools or testing equipment in the background. We have a lot of people from the local area working here, and we’ve become a bit of a community within the IMT. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important to make sure the parts we make actually work when they get put into a car or a truck. We follow the schedules and try to keep everything organized, though it can get hectic when a big shipment is due to leave the gate. We’ve been in this plot for a while, and we’ve seen the Phase-2 area grow quite a bit over the years. We don't use much big corporate talk or fancy presentations; we just focus on the drawings and the parts sitting on the bench. It’s about being reliable and getting the work done every shift. That’s how we do things here in Bawal, day after day, making sure things are right.
