We are located out in Vill-Rasiyawas, which is near Bawal in the Rewari district. It is a bit of a drive from any main city, so things are a little quieter here compared to the big industrial hubs. Most of the guys working here are from the nearby villages and they walk or bike in. We handle a lot of glass and it is a heavy, physical job. The roads around this part of Haryana can be a bit rough, especially when the monsoon rains come, but we manage to get the trucks in and out somehow. There are no big signboards or flashing lights at our place. It is just a functional site where the actual work happens. We start early in the morning when the air is still cool. By noon, it gets quite hot under the metal sheds. We spend most of our time checking the inventory and making sure the glass is packed properly for the long transport journeys. It is a lot of lifting and careful stacking. We do not have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures. If you need glass and you are in this part of the state, you usually find your way to our gate. We have been here long enough that the local people know exactly where we are. It is a plain operation. We focus on the task at hand and try to make sure we do not have any accidents.
