This place is out in Village Panwar, near the post office in Nangal. We are in the Bawal district. If you are looking for us, we are right near the SK School. You can often hear the kids playing during their break time while we are working. It is a very rural setting compared to the big cities, which suits us just fine. The air is a bit clearer out here, though the roads can get pretty muddy when it rains. We do industrial work here at Lalita Devi Ind. Ltd. It sounds big, but we are just a group of local people trying to make a living. The building is basic, made of brick and tin, and we have a yard where we keep some of the materials. Most of us live in the nearby villages and walk or ride a bike to get here. We start early in the morning before it gets too hot. There is a small tea shop near the school where we usually gather. The work can be tough and tiring on the back, but we are used to it by now. We do not have a website or any of those modern things. We just talk to people who come by or send word through the post office. It is a slow pace of life but the work keeps us busy enough. Sometimes the cows wander onto the path near the entrance and we have to shoo them away.
