Minda Autoelektrik Limited

Minda Autoelektrik Limited is located over at Plot No.355 in Sector 3. We are based in Phase 2 of the IMT area in Bawal, Rewari. It’s a big industrial zone, so there are trucks moving around all the time. Our building is pretty standard for the area, just a functional space for automotive electric work. Inside, it’s mostly the sound of machinery and people talking over the noise. We deal with a lot of electrical components for vehicles, so there are wires and small parts everywhere. The shift starts early, and the canteen is usually the busiest place around noon. It’s a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but we keep our workstations as clean as we can. Working in Bawal means you’re used to the heat and the long commute for some. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles in the office. It’s mostly desks, computers, and testing equipment. People here have been working together for a long time, so we know how everyone likes their tea. It’s a busy atmosphere with a lot of coming and going. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, but that’s just part of being in this sector. We focus on the job and try to get the orders out on time without much fuss. There is always a stack of pallets near the loading bay waiting to be moved. We have a whiteboard where we track the day's tasks in messy handwriting.
