It is usually pretty hot out here in Bawal, especially around Plot 242 and 243 where we spend most of our days. Sector-3 is just one big industrial area and it gets a bit dusty when the trucks roll through in the morning. We have been at this spot for quite some time now. Mitsui Kinzoku Components India Pvt. Ltd. is just the name on the front gate but inside it is mostly just us working with metal and machines. The commute to the Industrial Growth Center can be a bit of a drag depending on where you are coming from. Most of us just get in, do the shift, and try to keep the machines running right. There is always a lot of noise from the neighboring plots and the sounds of loading stuff onto the back of lorries. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. It is just a practical space where we handle the components. Sometimes the power goes out or the water cooler breaks, but we just get on with things. The security guys at the entrance know everyone by face now. It is a lot of hard work and the days can feel long when it is humid outside. We just focus on getting the parts out and making sure everything is where it should be before we head home. It is a regular factory life in a busy part of Haryana.
