Optimal Solutions

Optimal Solutions is located inside the Merujeen Housing Complex. We are in Block-A3, specifically in Flat-414 on the 4th floor. This is out in Narendrapur, Kolkata, with the pin code 700103. Being on the fourth floor means we get a little bit of a breeze sometimes, which is a relief in the humidity. The housing complex is a big one, so there are always kids playing or people chatting in the common areas. It doesn’t feel like a cold, corporate environment at all. It feels like we are part of a neighborhood. The office is basically a flat that’s been repurposed. We have our computers set up where a dining table might usually go. It is a bit of a climb if the lift is being serviced, but it keeps us moving. Narendrapur is a bit far from the main city center, so it’s a bit more relaxed here. We don’t have any fancy signage or a big front desk. It’s just a place where we come to sit and solve the problems we need to solve. Sometimes we can hear the neighbors’ televisions or someone cooking lunch, and it just makes the workday feel a bit more human. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards at the gate know us all by name. It’s a simple, functional space for our small team to work. The sunlight comes in nice through the windows in the morning.
