In the middle of Bansdroni, specifically at 214 Mdhyapara, is where you’ll find us working away most days. Kolkata 70 is our little corner of the world. The office itself is pretty tucked away, so it’s not the kind of place you’d just stumble upon unless you were looking for it. It’s a typical residential-turned-business space with narrow stairs and walls that could probably use a fresh coat of paint. We don’t really bother with all that corporate stuff or marketing speak. Most of our time is spent just dealing with the daily grind and making sure the work gets done. The neighborhood is lively, especially in the evenings when the local markets are in full swing. We usually have some tea from the stall down the road around four o’clock. It’s just how we do things here. The office is a bit cluttered with papers and old files, but we know where everything is, more or less. We aren't trying to be some massive company. We’re just a small group of people who know each other well and work out of this Mdhyapara address. The humidity in Kolkata can be tough, but we have a couple of fans that keep the air moving. It’s a practical, honest setup. We show up, do the work, and then head home like everyone else. There’s nothing particularly special about the office, but it works for us.
