Dassnagar Infosystems

Our place is called Dassnagar Infosystems. We are located at 5 A 18 1 on Sahid Khudiram Bose Road. That’s in the Nutan Palli area of Nandan Pur, down in Budge Budge. It’s a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the main parts of the city, but it’s where we’ve always been. South 24 Parganas is home to us. We’ve got a small office set up here where we handle all our tech stuff. It’s not a shiny glass building like you see in the big tech parks. It’s just a regular building on a regular street. We’ve got a few computers and some servers that hum in the corner. Most days it’s just the sound of typing and some quiet talk between the staff. We’ve known each other for a long time. Some of us went to school together. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves and stay close to our families in Budge Budge. The internet connection can be a bit temperamental when the weather is bad, but we make do. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. We just talk to our customers and try to solve their problems one by one. It’s practical work. We don't use big words to describe what we do. If something is broken, we try to fix it. If someone needs a system set up, we go out and do it. That’s about it. We just keep at it day by day.
