You can find Microware Technologies Pvt Ltd over at C-68 New Raipur Road. It is a fairly straightforward place to get to once you know where you are going. New Raipur Road is a bit of a mix of different types of businesses and houses, so there is always something going on outside our windows. The office itself is at C-68, and it is pretty much what you would expect for a technology company that isn't trying to be a giant corporation. We have a lot of computers, obviously, and cables running along the floor in some places where we haven't quite gotten around to tidying them up. It is a place where we sit and work on various tech projects for most of the day. The lighting is okay, though we probably need to change a few bulbs in the back room soon. We have a small pantry where we make coffee, and that's usually the social hub of the office. The road outside has its fair share of potholes, so the ride into work can be a bit bumpy sometimes. We don't spend much time on fancy marketing or anything like that, we just focus on the tasks on our screens. People here are pretty relaxed and we don't really have a strict dress code or anything. It is just a group of us trying to get through our to-do lists and making sure the technology we handle is working.
