Kaizen It Services Pvt.Ltd. is based at A/44 Niranjan Pally in the Congres Nagar part of Basdroni. Kolkata 700070 is our home base and has been for a long time. It’s a quiet neighborhood, mostly full of houses and small local shops. Our office is tucked away in one of those buildings. We do IT stuff, which mostly means we are staring at computer screens for many hours every single day. It’s not very exciting to watch if you are just passing by, but we stay very busy with various projects. We have a small group of people here who really know their way around code and hardware. The office is often a bit cramped because of all the wires, tools, and spare monitors lying around the place. We don’t have a receptionist or a front desk, so if someone knocks on the door, one of us just gets up to see who it is. We aren't trying to be the next big tech giant or anything like that, we just provide technical services to people who need them. Most of our clients are local or find us through word of mouth from people we have helped before. We like being in Basdroni because it is away from the main chaos of the city center. We take our tea breaks together in the afternoon and talk about regular everyday things. It’s a very grounded way to run an IT business. We don't use big words to sound smart, we just fix the problems that come our way.
