Ficasoft Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is based over at Deodar Place. It is a relatively quiet spot compared to the main roads, which is nice when you are trying to focus on computer work. Most of us here spend the day staring at screens and typing away. The office isn't very large, so we all sit pretty close to each other. You’ll see a lot of tangled wires under the desks and probably too many empty tea cups sitting around. We handle software stuff and technical support, so there is always some kind of problem to solve. Sometimes we get stuck on a bit of code for hours and end up just walking around the block to clear our heads. The neighborhood has a few decent places to grab a quick bite during lunch. We don't really do the whole corporate meeting thing; we usually just talk across the room if something comes up. It feels more like a workshop than a formal office. There are days when the internet acts up and we all just sit there frustrated for a bit. It is a bit of a mixed bag, but we like the atmosphere. We are just a bunch of tech-minded people doing our thing in a corner of the city. We don't have fancy decorations, just our computers and a few posters on the walls that have been there since we moved in. It’s a simple space where we just get the work done.
