Nahar Nirman

You can find us at number 17 on Thakur Ads Banerjee Road. We have been at this Kolkata address for quite some time now. Nahar Nirman is not a very large company, just a local outfit doing what we know. The street outside can get pretty cramped with rickshaws and people walking to the market. We have a small office here. It is not very modern, but it serves its purpose for our daily tasks. We mostly handle construction-related things or building work. People in the neighborhood know where we are. We do not really do much advertising. Most of our work comes from people just stopping by or hearing about us from someone else. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy with the actual work to worry about the office looks. We start early in the morning. Kolkata is a city that never really stops, and this area is no different. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the shop across the road while we go over the plans. It is just how we operate. We like staying in this part of town because it is familiar. There is not any fancy lobby or receptionist here. Just us working. We keep things simple and try to do a decent job on whatever project is on the table that week. It is a noisy area but we like the energy. We have lived here all our lives.
