We are over at 179/1 Nandankanan in Rahara, which is a bit of a trip if you are coming from central Kolkata. The office is actually listed under Dr. Asesh Prasad Ghosh's name, which is how a lot of locals recognize the spot. It's not a big corporate headquarters with a fancy lobby. Instead, it’s a more humble setup in a residential area. We deal with property and real estate matters here at Ambuja Realty, but we do it in a way that feels more like a neighbor talking to a neighbor. The 700 118 area is pretty quiet compared to the main city, which we actually prefer. We have a few desks, some old filing cabinets that have seen better days, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. Most of the day is spent checking documents or talking to people about land. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons, but we have some fans that do the job. We aren't the type of people to use big words or try to impress anyone with polished speeches. We just tell it like it is. If you're looking for us, you have to find your way to Rahara first, then ask for the Nandankanan area. It’s a nice part of West Bengal to be in. We’ve been here for a long time and we know the ground pretty well. It’s just us doing our daily work.
