Our place is situated at No.5, Green Park (North) along Old Calcutta Road in the Talpukur area. It’s an easy spot to find if you know that part of Kolkata. We’ve been operating from here for quite some time. The office is set up in a way that’s more about being useful than looking fancy. We have a lot of files and maps around because we deal with property and building projects. It’s not the kind of office where everyone wears a suit every day. We’re more likely to be in casual clothes, just focused on the work. There’s a lot of talk about land and construction going on in the rooms. We don’t have a big marketing team telling us what to say. We just talk to people plainly about what we are doing. The area around Old Calcutta Road is usually pretty active, so there’s a lot of life outside our doors. We like being in Talpukur; it feels like the right place for us. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when we have a lot of projects starting at once, but we always find a way to sort it out. We aren't interested in being the most corporate group out there. We just want to get the buildings planned and finished. It’s a straightforward process for us. We show up, do the work, and try to make sure everything is handled properly without making a huge deal out of it.
