Bright Lady Beauty Parlour

We've been here in Sodepur for a while now, right on Barasat Road on the first floor. Most people know the spot because it’s just opposite the State Bank of India in H B Town. It is a busy area but our place is tucked away upstairs. We do the usual hair and skin stuff that people need. Someone might come in for a quick trim or maybe getting ready for a wedding nearby. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular parlour where we try to get the work done right. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded on weekends, especially being near the bank where everyone goes. We keep things simple here. My sister and I handle most of the customers. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Kolkata weather can be tough on skin, so we get a lot of requests for facials. We use whatever products are available in the market that people like. It’s just us working here, making sure the chairs are clean and the towels are fresh. If you are walking past the bank, you can just look up and see our sign. We don't have a big team or anything, just a small setup to help the ladies around Sodepur look a bit neater. It is a straightforward business. We open in the morning and stay until the last client is finished. Nothing too complicated about how we run things.
