Tata Refractories Limited

I’m writing this from H 9 in the TRL Colony, which is located in Belpahar, Jharsuguda. This is where we handle things for Tata Refractories Limited. The colony is a bit of a community on its own, with a lot of us living and working in the same general area. It’s just us, some computers, and a lot of technical manuals. Most of the people you meet here have been with the company for years. We know the machines and we know the process. It’s a quiet life in Belpahar, but we stay busy enough. We don't go in for fancy talk. We just focus on making sure the bricks and linings are made right and sent out on time. It is a steady job in a quiet town.
