We are based in Burla, within the Sambalpur district of Orissa. Our main point of contact is Mr. M.S. Prasad, who is the personnel manager at the MCL headquarters in Jaguriti Vihar. We are involved in the power industry, specifically focused on DRI power operations. Our office isn't a standalone building but a part of the larger administrative setup at the headquarters. It’s a very busy place, with people coming in and out all day to talk about staffing, shifts, and plant maintenance. We don't have a fancy lobby or any promotional posters on the walls. It’s a workspace filled with computers, tables, and a lot of filing cabinets for employee records. Burla is a town that really runs on the power and coal sectors, and we are right in the middle of it. We spend most of our time coordinating with the technical teams and making sure the personnel side of things is handled correctly. It’s a lot of responsibility, especially with how important power is for the region. We don't use corporate jargon or have big meetings about vision. We just focus on the daily tasks of managing people and making sure the plant has what it needs to keep running. It’s a practical, local operation that has been around for quite some time. We value the hard work of the people here and just try to keep things organized.
