Rathi Udyog Limited is based out of Hirakud, specifically at the Hindalco Colony. If you are looking for us, we are at Qr.No.G6/6, where Sushanta Panda and Sukanta Panda look after things. Sambalpur is a quiet place compared to the big cities, but being near the colony means there is always some movement. We have been in this part of Orissa for a long time. The office is really just a simple room where we keep our records and handle the daily tasks. It gets very humid here, especially during the monsoon months, which can slow things down a bit. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We mostly just talk to people we have known for years in the industry. Our work involves a lot of coordination for the industrial activities around here. The desks are a bit old and the chairs creak, but it is where we do our best thinking. We handle the paperwork for the Udyog business and make sure the supplies are moving as they should. Sometimes the internet is slow, so we have to do things the old-fashioned way with pens and paper. It is a very hands-on environment. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just come in, drink some tea, and get to work on whatever needs finishing that day.
