Vanshika Farmer Producer Company Limited is based in a small place called Churaili village. Our address is C/O Chetarams house, which is near the post office in Deoranian, 243201. Being in a village means our business is very much a part of the local community. We don't have a big sign or a glass building. We just use a room at the house to keep our records and meet with the farmers. Most of us here have spent our whole lives in the fields, so we know how hard the work is. We formed this company because it’s better to face the challenges of farming as a group rather than on our own. We spend a lot of time talking about seeds, weather, and how to get our produce to the market without losing money. It’s not an easy life, and there’s always something to worry about, like a late monsoon or pests. Our meetings are pretty informal. We usually sit around with some tea and just talk through what needs to be done. There’s no corporate talk here, just plain English and local conversation. We’re just a bunch of folks from Churaili trying to help each other out. It’s a very simple setup at Chetarams place, but it gets the job done for us. We are proud of being local and working with the people we've known since we were kids. It’s about sticking together and making things work in our corner of the world.
