Balpur Farmers Producer Company Limited is based in Village Jodhpur Balpur. We are in the Baheri area of Bareilly and we operate out of Chmpat Lal’s house. It is a very local setup. We don't have a big sign or a fancy entrance. Most people in Jodhpur Balpur know where to find us anyway. We are just a group of farmers who wanted to see if we could do things a bit differently by working as a team. Bareilly has a lot of farming going on, but sometimes it is hard for a single person to get a good price. That is why we started this. We spend most of our time out in the dirt, not sitting at desks. 243201 is where we are from and where we plan to stay. Sometimes we sit around and talk for hours about things that have nothing to do with farming, but mostly it is about the crops. We don't have any polished stories to tell. We just deal with the rain and the heat and the bugs every day. It is a practical way of living. We just want to make sure our village keeps going and that we can support our families. It is a simple goal but it takes a lot of work from everyone involved here in Baheri. We stick together because that is the only way to get through the tough times.
