We work out of House No. 42 in Sector 3, over in Greater Green Park. It’s a quiet spot in Bareilly compared to the main market areas. Maitraie Farmer Producer Company Limited is basically a group of us trying to make the farming side of things work better. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting around the table figuring out where the next batch of produce is going. It's not a corporate office with suits. We wear what's comfortable and focus on the day’s tasks. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but we manage. Uttar Pradesh has a lot of farmers, and being in Bareilly puts us right in the middle of a lot of action. We started small. It was just a couple of guys wanting to do something local. Now we have more people involved, but the feel is the same. We handle the seeds, the tools, and the selling part. It’s busy during the harvest months. We don't have a big sign outside, just the house number. Most people know where we are anyway. We don't do much advertising. Word of mouth usually brings people to Sector 3. It’s honest work. We don't pretend to be more than we are. Just a local setup helping farmers get their stuff to the right places without too much trouble. It keeps us occupied and the bills paid. We just take it as it comes.
