Eco Kisan Agro Industries Limited is based in Mullahi Kheda Chandrawal. We are an agro-industry company, which basically means we handle the processing and handling of farm products. The location is a bit out of the way, but that is where the land is. We don't have a big, shiny building. We just have our facilities where the work gets done every day. Mullahi Kheda is where we call home. We started this because we saw a need for better ways to deal with the local harvests. The people who work here are mostly from the surrounding area. We don't use a lot of fancy management techniques. We just get in there and do the job that needs doing. Sometimes the machinery breaks down and we have to spend the whole day fixing it. Other times, the harvest is so big we have to work through the night. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just have a calendar and a list of things to get done. It is a very down-to-earth business. We speak plainly to our suppliers and the people who buy from us. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or shiny brochures. We just want to run a solid business that helps the local agro-economy in this part of Uttar Pradesh. It’s hard work, and the dust from the grain gets everywhere, but we are used to it in Chandrawal. We just keep our heads down and stay busy.
