We're based out of Fatehganj Paschimi in Bareilly, specifically at Kamlesh Agras Bel. It’s a local spot, not too far from the main road. Dushyant Farmers Producer Company Limited is the name we use for all our farming business. We spend most of our time out in the fields or sitting in the back office figuring out seed prices. Bareilly is a good place for this kind of work. The soil is okay and the people are hardworking. We aren't a big city firm. We're just locals who know a bit about farming and wanted to group together. Sometimes it’s just one or two of us in the office while the others are out checking the crops. It’s not fancy. We have some chairs, a desk, and a lot of registers. We try to help the smaller farmers get a better deal when they sell. It's hard work and the margins are thin. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just have a calendar and a list of things to do. If someone stops by, we usually have time for a chat. People know us in Fatehganj. We’ve lived here a long time. It’s just about getting through the season and making sure everyone gets their fair share. We don't promise anything we can't do. We just keep working. It’s what we know how to do best, and it keeps the village moving forward in its own way.
