We are located up on the second floor of Bengal Ambuja in Durgapur. The office number is UCP 017. Being in City Centre means there is always something happening outside. We deal with air travel and everything that comes with it. It can get a bit confusing for people with all the different flights and timings, so they come up here to talk. The building is usually full of people going to different offices. It is not like a shop on the street where people just wander in. You have to come up the stairs or use the lift. We have our desks set up and we spend a lot of time looking at screens. Sometimes the internet is slow or a flight gets canceled, and that makes for a long day. We just handle the paperwork and the booking side of things. It is a practical job. We have been at this address for some time now. You can see the main road from some of the windows in the building. It is a good spot because everyone knows where Bengal Ambuja is. We don't have fancy decorations, just the things we need to work. Mostly it is just us and the sound of the keyboard.
