Minerva Travels

Minerva Travels is located over in Netaji Subhas Palli in Durgapur. We are quite close to the Sukumar Nagar Colony area. It is a quiet enough neighborhood most of the time. The office isn't anything fancy, just a room with a couple of desks where we manage all the travel bookings. I started this because I liked the idea of helping people plan their trips without all the corporate drama. We handle bus tickets, train bookings, and sometimes private cars if someone needs one. Durgapur is a big place, but we’ve managed to carve out a small corner for ourselves here. Most of our customers are locals who live nearby and just walk in to ask about prices. We don't have a big staff, so if you call, you'll probably talk to me or one other person. We keep a ledger and use the computer for the official stuff. It’s a simple way of working. Sometimes we stay late to finish up paperwork when the holiday seasons are coming up. Netaji Subhas Palli is a good spot for us because people know the landmarks around Sukumar Nagar. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. Word of mouth usually brings people through the door. It’s just an honest local business trying to do things the right way. If you need to go somewhere, we can usually find a way to get you there without too much fuss.
