Express Cabs

Express Cabs is based in the Sagarbhanga Colony in Durgapur. We are located right near Satyajit Park, which is a nice spot in the neighborhood. We’ve been running these cabs for a while now. It’s a pretty simple operation. We have a small office where we take calls and coordinate with the drivers. Most of the time, I’m either on the phone or checking the logs to see who is where. Sagarbhanga Colony is a busy place and being near the park makes it easy for people to give directions to our office. We don't have a flashy website or a big call center. It’s just us and our phones. Our cars are out on the road most of the day, taking people to work or to the station. We know Durgapur like the back of our hands. Sometimes the traffic is a nightmare, but we try our best to stay on schedule. The office is just a place to keep the keys and the records. We don't do anything corporate or use fancy language. We just provide rides when people need them. It’s a lot of work keeping everything maintained and the drivers happy.
