Skyline is a small local business that we run from 1 A/20, Suniti Chatterjee Poth. We are right in the heart of Durgapur's City Centre. It’s a good location because people can just stop by while they are out doing their shopping or running errands. We have been here for a good number of years now. We don't have a big, shiny sign or any of that marketing stuff. We just have our name on the door and we get on with our work. Mostly, we help folks with their travel arrangements. That means a lot of time spent looking at computer screens and comparing different prices for flights and trains. It can be a bit boring some days, but we take it seriously. We try to be very practical with our advice. If a trip is going to be too expensive or difficult, we will tell you straight. Our office is a bit small and we have files stacked up everywhere, but we know where everything is. It’s a local operation and we take pride in knowing the neighborhood. Sometimes the traffic on Suniti Chatterjee Poth is a real mess, but that is just Durgapur life. We don't have any fancy marketing plans. We just answer the phone and talk to the people who walk in. It is a simple way to run a business and it keeps us busy enough. We are just regular people doing a regular job.
