New Sova Travels

New Sova Travels is our office in the Bengal Ambuja complex, specifically at Ucp-004 on the ground floor. We are in the City Centre part of Durgapur. If you know where the VLCC Parlour is, we are quite close to that. We have been working from this spot for quite a long time now. Durgapur is a busy town, and being in Bengal Ambuja means there is always a lot of movement outside. We mostly handle travel bookings and tickets for people. It is not anything very complicated, but it takes a lot of time to get everything right. We aren't a big company with a lot of branches. It is just a small team of us here. My father was the one who started this, and I’ve been helping out for years. We’ve seen the way people travel change quite a bit. It used to be all about paper tickets, but now everything is on the phone. We still keep a lot of paper around though, just in case. The office isn't very big, and it’s usually full of folders and maps. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’d rather just focus on the work. We stay open pretty late sometimes if someone has an issue with their flight or needs a last-minute booking. It’s just part of the job. We are just regular people trying to help our neighbors get where they are going without a fuss.
