R C M is located in the Karanga Para area, near D Math in Durgapur 1, over in the Burdwan district. We’ve been at this spot for quite some time now. It’s a familiar place for us. The office is pretty basic, just the essentials really. We have our files, a few desks, and a lot of work to get through. Durgapur is an industrial sort of place, so it feels right to have a practical, no-nonsense office here. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or anything like that. Most of our day is spent handling the logistics and the various tasks that come with being in this business. The neighborhood is okay, and we’ve gotten to know the people nearby over the years. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic, but we’re used to it. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done. It’s not always exciting, but it’s steady work. We’ve had to deal with our fair share of power cuts and slow internet, but we always manage to catch up. Our team is small, so we’re all pretty close. We don't have any big titles or formal ways of doing things. We just talk to each other and get the job finished. If you’re looking for us, we’re the ones near D Math with the old blue door. It's a modest place but we like it.
